Since the launch of the Fuse™ Technologies platform in 2013, a key goal of the Fuse connected strategy has been to increase and enhance industry partnerships.
By taking an open approach to development and partnerships, our customers can work with service providers of their choosing. This gives our customers more control of how they manage their operations, helping them to make better decisions.
One recent partnership included the AgCommand® integration with Raven Slingshot®. AgCommand and Slingshot software now communicate through a unique API, or application programming interface, which ensures rate and location information are visible to the grower in the AgCommand user interface.
Another strategic partnership allowed interoperability between Trimble’s Farm Works Software® and AGCO’s VarioDocTM and TaskDoc® products. This interoperability allows operators to transfer task files between their machine’s cab and the Farm Works Software.
In addition to Farm Works, VarioDoc and TaskDoc are also compatible with Agrocom, Land-data Eurosoft, Helm and BASF (EAME region only).
