AGCO announces a recent collaboration with Ag Leader® to offer an Ag Leader ready option on North American AGCO combines.

Ag Leader, a recognized forerunner in the harvesting space, designs, manufactures and markets industry leading precision farming technology to help growers make smart, profitable business decisions.

Farmers now have the option to order their model year 2015 Gleaner S8 Series, Massey Ferguson 9505 Series and Challenger 500E series combines with all Ag Leader components factory installed. They need only to add an Integra or Versa display purchased from an Ag Leader dealer or they can utilize their Ag Leader display from another planter or sprayer on their farm. For customers who wish to have the additional functionality of an Ag Leader display and yield monitoring system the pre wired combines will greatly simplify the installation process.

As part of AGCO’s Fuse® Technologies platform, AGCO continues to expand on its open approach to precision farming and precision machine management with a broader approach by partnering with external providers to deliver technology features and solutions that meet customers’ needs.

AG Leader Ready Option allows for a yield monitoring technology upgrade, featuring a live yield map as well hybrid mapping capability.
